1. WNI.
2. Graduated S1 & D3.
3. Minimum GPA 2.7 (scale 4) with a minimum study program accreditation B.
4. Age on the date June 1, 2010 max 26 years for S1, and 24 years for D3.
5. Not Married.
6. Not in the bond department with other agencies.
7. Willing to be placed in PTKS / Subsidiaries.

Selection stage consists of:

1. Selection of Administrative,
2. Academic Potential Test (TPA) & English Language (TOEFL),
3. Psychological test,
4. Job Test & Interview,
5. Health Tests,
6. Interview Management.
