National Management Consultant Rural Community Empowerment Program (PNPM Rural independent) position and requires Consultants with the following requirements:

Position:

1. Specialist Dishbursment and Budget Controller (DISH): S-1 Education Economics / Management / Accounting, 8 years work experience with 5 years relevant experience

2. Specialist Management Information System (MIS): S-1 Technical Education / Information Management / Computer, work experience 10 years with 7 years relevant experience

Requirements:

1. Have experience and knowledge in community empowerment, and / or having worked in community empowerment programs / courses similar
2. Strong managerial and facilitation of a good society, regional economic development, law and legislation and management of rural development.
3. Having a good attitude and behavior, are able to facilitate and cooperate with Government agencies
4. Willing to travel intensively
5. Computer literate and internet
