Directorate : Finance
Location : Head Office
Scope of works :
1. To initiate, plan, co-ordinate and direct cost & financial controlling process within Tuban project business of Holcim Indonesia
2. To prepare timely Tuban Project annual budget, including revisions, latest estimate and (five years) forecast for the project.
Requirements :
Education : University degree majoring in Accounting/Finance/Administration, possibly an MBA graduate
Experience :
1. Minimum three years experience in the manufacturing, accounting and or financial reporting area or CAPEX project controlling
2. Managing dead-lines and work-load
3. Preparation of BoD & BoC report
Computer literacy :
1. Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
2. Intimate knowledge of SAP-PS and Virtual project control are advantages

2) PROJECT & CAPEX CONTROLLER
Directorate : Finance
Location : Head Office
Scope of works:
1. To review and analyzes CAPEX planning from Corporate Engineering/other directorates for financial planning and budget purpose
2. To compare and analyzes CAPEX proposal with actual result, liaise with fixed asset management to ensure accurate and proper reporting
3. To assist and work proactively with business development and other department which requires project financial feasibility study and supporting financial data
4. To verify that fixed asset are being utilized and reported properly
Requirements :
Education : University degree majoring in Accounting/Finance, possibly an MBA graduate/registered accountant/CPA/CFA
Experience :
1. Minimum five years experience in the accounting firm and or Financial reporting area plus
2. Managing dead-lines and work-loadd
Computer literacy :
1. Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
2. Knowledge of IT based accounting system and application
Language : Excellence in English both oral & written
Other qualification / skills :
1. Excellence financial accounting and auditing skills
2. Good logical & mathematical thinking
3. Used to work with tight deadline and under pleasure
4. Knowledge of the cement, RMX and AGG industry

3) BUSINESS CONTROLLER FOR CLINKER & CEMENT
Directorate : Finance
Location : NAROGONG
Scope of works :
1. To initiate, plan, co-ordinate and direct cost & financial controlling process within the clinker & cement business of Holcim Indonesia
2. To prepare timely company annual budget, including revisions, latest estimate and (five years) forecast for the vision.
Requirements :
Education : University degree majoring in Accounting/Finance, possibly an MBA graduate
Experience :
1. Minimum three years experience in the manufacturing, accounting and or financial reporting area plus
2. Managing dead-lines and work-load
Computer literacy :Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
Language : Excellence in English both oral & written

4) CONTRACT MANAGEMENT TEAM (CIL)
Department : Logistic Improvement
Location : Cilacap
Scope of works :
This position exists to report and monitor of third party performance regularly and supporting for any complaint from customer specifically related to third party service
Requirements :
Education : Min. Diploma of Management, IT or Logistic
Experience :
1. One years experiences in contract management or Logistics
2. Having knowledge in drafting contract would be an advantage
Computer literacy :
1. Able to operate the SAP and FMTP program
2. Computer literate; Lotus Notes, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power point (Intermediate level)
Language : Good command in English both oral & written
Other qualification / skills :
1. A good understanding of cement distributions
